About Sebastian Rubera

Sebastian Rubera is a qualified Legal Practitioner, admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor on 7 April 1988. Sebastian is the Founder and Principal of the Firm Sebastian Rubera and Associates, established over 21 years ago.

Sebastian practices as a solicitor advocate and has appeared in numerous complex Family Law matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Sebastian has substantial experience in dealing with multi-party complex commercial litigation in the Supreme Court and in the County Court of Victoria. Sebastian has also prepared submissions for and appeared in complex migration matters in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Sebastian will also make appearances in the Administrative Review Tribunal in the Migration space and will prepare written submissions for and appear in Appeals from the Administrative Review Tribunal to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Sebastian has also negotiated settlements in high-end commercial disputes.

Sebastian has prepared complex Heads of Agreement (HOA) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) in settlement of commercial disputes, including matters involving Foreign Investors in the area of Sustainable Energy and Renewable Energy.
