About Megan Sanidad

Megan Sanidad is a legal practitioner admitted to the legal profession in Victoria in December 2025. She has been working closely with Principal Sebastian Rubera since early 2023, assisting the firm across a range of legal matters.

Megan has contributed to complex family matters before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and civil disputes involving multiple parties in the County Court of Victoria and Supreme Court of Victoria.

Megan graduated with Distinction in Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University (2025) and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PLT) at Leo Cussen Centre for Law. She is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Deakin University and intends to subsequently complete a Master of Laws.

Megan is deeply passionate about migration law and the protection of victims in abusive and coercive relationships. She is committed to supporting the firm's delivery of high-quality legal services and works diligently to assist clients in navigating complex legal matters.
